The unit, headed by chief marketing officer Leendert den Hollander, will form part of Findus Group's London-based executive team.
Young's has 20 UK marketers, while Findus has 10. They will now split their time between London and the group's former UK head office in Grimsby.
The shift comes as Findus hunts for a new ad agency – it appointed Driven to the account last year. Meanwhile, Young's recently launched a campaign created by Mother.
Findus declined to comment on the review.
