The sports marketing agency won the pitch to provide event management, media and PR support for the event being held in Sheffield.
Several venues across the city will be used to host 12 different sports for 1,500 disabled and non-disabled athletes.
Sheffield last hosted the event back in 2011. This year the competition took place in the Olympic Park venues two months before the start of the London 2012 Games.
Fast Track has had an involvement in the event since it launched in 2006. Alison Oliver, director of sport at YST standard: "We are extremely pleased to be working with Fast Track for the Sainsbury’s 2013 School Games. Our relationship with them has gone from strength to strength since the initial UK School Games in 2006.
"Their in-depth knowledge and innovative approaches to planning major multi sport events, events for elite disabled athletes and those involving talented young athletes makes them an ideal delivery partner for such an exciting yet challenging event to organise."
The event will be backed by £2m National Lottery investment from Sport England.
