The final names were announced at a special Fast Forward 15 lunch hosted at The Savoy Hotel in London. The event was also a chance for mentors and mentees to establish a relationship that will develop throughout the year-long scheme.
Editor-in-chief of Event and C&IT, Yasmin Arrigo, will offer advice on returning to work after maternity leave to Rebecca Goodman, who works for Ageas UK.
Fay Sharpe, managing director of Zibrant and founder of Fast Forward 15, said: "This has been a momentous occasion. There was real electricity in the air when we introduced mentors and mentees to each other for the first time in the flesh.
"This will be an exciting and productive year and I look forward to working with all parties to ensure that the scheme is a resounding success, serving as an example to the hospitality industry."
