The contract and event caterer secured the deal following a tender process involving several caterers.
Fare of London will support HAC’s in-house sales team with the selling of its event spaces. It includes the 18th century Armoury House, the Prince Consort Rooms, which can accommodate up to 400 guests for a dinner or conference, and the five-acre Artillery Garden.

Diane Waldron, head of marketing and events at the HAC, added: "Fare of London has a proven track record of success with their existing clients and was selected on account of its reputation for quality cuisine and impeccable service which will match very well with the HAC’s own high standards."
Fare of London currently works with a number of London-based institutions including the Royal College of Physicians, Ironmongers’ Hall and The Jerwood Foundation.
