What makes your company stand out from others in the industry? There is no other place I would rather work. We have fun with each other (one example is our monthly Come Dine with Me parties at the office), are supportive to one another and really work as one team to keep our clients happy. Our managing director Duncan Mitchell is not only a hilarious person, but also a great leader as he lets all members of the team have an input in group decisions and gives us the freedom to make our own decisions when it comes to clients.
