The inaugural F1 Rocks event in Singapore brought in £8.7m worth of PR exposure, according to figures just released.

The show, which took place in September, is being heralded as a boon to the live events industry and could pave the way for further event and television tie-ins.

F1 Rocks was held in September in Singapore, sponsored by LG, was produced by All The Worlds - a joint venture with Universal Music.

Viewers for the event on TV reached 26 million, in addition to the 27,000 that attended.
