
In his expanded role, Cutter will manage Eye’s sales teams in London, Manchester and Belfast, and will be responsible for growing and developing Eye’s national media business.
He will continue to report to general manager John Rankin, although Rankin will step away from day-to-day management of the sales force, and Cutter will join Eye’s senior management team.

Eye bolstered its sales offering last year after it picked up the contracts for Gatwick and Stansted airports in May, following BAA and JCDecaux’s decision to jointly terminate their multi-airport contract in 2009.
A spokeswoman for Eye said its portfolio now represented 84 million passengers every year and three of the UK’s top four airports.
Rankin, general manager of Eye Fly UK, said: "Lee’s experience of working across the media agency and media owner sides of the business makes him a valuable asset for the company.

Eye Fly UK sells outdoor media at Manchester Airport, Belfast International Airport, East Midlands Airport, Bournemouth Airport, Cardiff Airport and Humberside Airport, as well as at Gatwick and London Stansted.
