The service provides profiles of the owners of 35m private, company and commercial vehicles registered with the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency.
The DVLA has provided Experian with owner records without names, but with postcodes, enabling Experian to merge the data with its consumer profiling system Mosaic and company profiling system Mosaic Commercial.
The Mosaic Automotive service covers private and company cars and enables profiling by a number of variables including manufacturer, age of vehicle, segment, fuel and many more.
Mark Carlyon, head of automotive at Experian's business strategies division, who will speak at the event, said: "Mosaic Automotive will prove essential for manufacturers, dealers, marketers, advertisers and analysts -- in fact, anyone looking to discover who drives what vehicle, where they are likely to live and how this changes over time."
There will also be presentations from representatives of direct marketing agency Drayton Bird Partnership and Honda UK, who will talk about their experiences of using Mosaic Automotive.
The event will be held at the Williams F1 Conference Centre near Wantage, and Experian is to hold morning and afternoon sessions due to high demand. It currently only has afternoon spaces available. For more information, contact Ross Facer at Experian.
