Experian launches Demographics Online analysis tool

LONDON - Experian has launched its latest marketing tool, Demographics Online, which will provide marketers with instant access to customer profiles, region-specific market analysis and product consumption data.

The package aims to give marketers greater insight into consumer buying habits by analysing market information by region, locate potential new customers by store attachment, and identify local media preferences.

In return for an annual subscription, Experian offers 24-hour access, unlimited access to its socio-economic, product, media consumption and demographic data, and telephone support for users.

Matthew Nutt, head of data intelligence at Experian, said: "Demographics Online delivers immediate access to accurate information presented in high-quality maps and reports that are easy to understand and simple to use.

"It produces clear reports that help users identify what makes their customers or outlets unique and provides a detailed understanding of the key socio-economic trends at work within local markets."
