Frazer replaces Richard Lloyd, who was last year promoted to managing director of the division, and will focus on growth as well as increasing the use of data segmentation and analysis tools.
He has more than 10 years' experience in the data and direct marketing sectors, having previously held roles at Dataforce and D&B, where he was internet development director.
Frazer said: "Having worked in the industry for more than 20 years it is clear to see why Experian's B2B marketing operation is now a successful multimillion-pound business with a reputation for product innovation."
Lloyd added: "Nick's core skills in marketing and risk and his passion for blending business, individual and risk data together in order to drive accurate, responsive and profitable marketing ensures that the division is in the very best of hands."
Last month, it emerged that Frazer had quit Equifax, but his future plans were unclear at the time. He has since been replaced by head of strategic accounts Gary Powell.
