The group will be responsible for speeding up the development of Experian Elements, the company's marketing software.
Elements powers Experian's database marketing systems and its Fusion system, an online "pay as you go" database and campaign management tool, suitable for companies that have mailing lists of more than 10m contacts a year.
The manufacturing group will also be tasked with delivering "breakthrough marketing technology" customised to each client's specific needs.
The group consists of technical specialists skilled in propositions research and development, product delivery, software architecture and development, and client training.
Duncan Painter, managing director of Experian's integrated marketing division, leads the group.
