Launched at last month's International Confex, exhibition Event UK is set to target the live and creative elements of the event industry.
It is scheduled to take place at the NEC from 16-17 September and replaces the National Venue Show.
"Event UK is about the whole event industry," said Confex Group director Duncan Reid. "It is all about creative and live events, while Confex will remain as the show for meetings, destinations and conferences."
