Cathy Bryan, former commercial director of Uploaded.com at IPC Media, takes on the newly created role of UK strategy director and Drew Graham joins as senior business development manager.
Both will report to Rebecca Miskin, Excite UK's general manager. Bryan will be in charge of strategic direction and site content, working closely with business development and category management.
Graham will focus on developing Excite UK's existing and potential partnerships. He previously founded and managed the Chandler Group, whose clients included Ask Jeeves and LookSmart. Before that, he was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen.
