The upgrade to the 1,100 capacity conference suite included improving décor to give it a more modern, contemporary feel.
The platinum suite, which has welcomed clients including Barclays, Marks & Spencer, UK Power Network, EDF Energy, and Oracle, first opened in 2005.
Excel London executive director James Rees said: "This investment comes as a direct result of increased demand from our clients and a huge surge in conference and event business, with a 45% uplift since we opened the ICC.
"We are committed to providing first-class event facilities and the refurbished space has already been well received by our clients. We are looking forward to showcasing the new space this week during International Confex."
