The Hotel Booking Agents Association represents "the collective interests of its members in the procurement and management of conference, meetings and accommodation facilities in the UK and overseas".
"Agents play an important part in our business and our joining of the HBAA ensures we continue to communicate with this audience," said Excel London director of conferences and events James Rees.
