Evo's CEO Nick Johnson is not among those joining Loewy and could not be reached for comment. However, Loewy CEO Ian Johnston has confirmed that the move involves the Evo team only and is not a merger of the two companies.
Former Evo directors Davina O'Donoghue, Toby Newall and Juliette Terrazas will join Andrew Sawkins and Ian Jenkins on the Prescient board.
Sawkins, CEO at Prescient, said: "This is a coming together of two brilliant, innovative research teams that can provide their clients with a creative, insightful and value-added offer in these difficult times.
"This latest development plays a vital role in continuing to deliver my vision and values for the business."
The new additions to the Prescient board come from varied backgrounds.
O'Donoghue was a founding director of Evo Research and Consulting and is a previous winner of the MRS award. She has 15 years of global market research experience.
Newall is a former head of qualitative research at RDSI. He specialises in FMCG, healthcare and finance.
Terrazas previously worked at Spa and Brand Driver and specialises in media and technology.
O'Donoghue said of the changes: "This is an exciting move for Toby, Juliette, myself and our team and we look forward to this next chapter in our development.
"Working with Andrew Sawkins and his team at Prescient means that we are positioned as a leading force in the industry."
