LONDON - EVerger, the e-marketing investment firm formed earlier this year by Aegis and Warburg Pincus, has announced its first investments.
EVerger will invest pounds 6.8 million (dollars 12.6 million) from its pounds 68.4 million pool into London-based NetUsability, Dublin-based NewWorldCommerce, and Dynamic Logic in New York.
