Last year we surveyed more than 250 event professionals and found that although more than half (53%) believed they were being paid appropriately for the work they do, , with the chance for a new challenge a key factor in their decision.
The survey also revealed that 80% of people expected a salary increase in the coming year.
We are keen to find out how much these statistics have changed over the past year, and will be bringing you our findings from in the coming weeks.
