The full day event is expected to attract more than 3,000 people, who will work out in unison to the latest releases of Les Mills’ group workouts including Bodypump, Bodycombat and RPM.
Alexandra Palace Theatre will provide the space, which will be complete with motivational music and state-of-the-art lighting and staging designed to immerse people in the workout experience.
One Live is set to visit a total of 15 international locations, including Dubai, Paris, Stockholm, Tokyo, Montreal and Chicago. Events have already taken place in Melbourne and Glasgow.
Each event will include a talent search for the world’s best Les Mills instructors, with a winner eventually crowned during a grand final presentation at One Live Sweden in October.
Matt O’Toole, brand president at Reebok, said: "Our partnership with Les Mills was borne out of a mutual vision for changing the future of studio fitness through innovative programming and product. We’re confident the One Live tour will motivate people from all walks of life to come along and workout with us – it will be exhilarating, inspiring and definitely worth it!"
Dave Kyle, head trainer at Les Mills UK, added: "One Live events are an opportunity for people to experience the benefits of group fitness in an exciting and inspirational environment, combining the best sound, lighting and Les Mills expert trainers from across the globe to create an exhilarating fitness experience.
"The mission for Les Mills is to create a fitter planet and the world tour is one way of reaching large groups of people at the same time and engaging them through the power of group exercise. Absolutely everyone is welcome to join in, so if you are keen to get a great workout in a party atmosphere then you must find your way to a One Live event in 2015."
