Agencies and event organisers can use the technology to determine how well elements that are central to their brand experience, such as props, DJs and the bar area, capture the consumer.
The technology is capable of revealing information around how many people attended an experience, how long they spent at an event, and their engagement levels.
What can be measured: Every movement across a space.
How it works: Passively using wi-fi analytics. Attendees will need to have the wi-fi on their smartphones switched on, however they don’t necessarily need to be connected to a venue’s internet connection.
Data capture: Reliable data from between a third to a half of guests can be recorded.
Outputs: A report with full visuals as well as an online portal to provide real-time access.
Hardware: The technology relies on wi-fi within a venue. There is no need for additional hardware.
