The company, part of The Crown Group, will supply all of the temporary structure equipment, ranging from tables and chairs to boilers and ovens, for the ball that takes place on Saturday 6 June.
Hosted by television presenter Tiff Needell, the event will also feature entertainment from Strictly Come Dancing's Camilla Dallerup and Ian Waite.
Monies from the event will be going to Action Against Hunger, which helps more than five million malnourished children around the world each year.
