Leadership Live 2014, a digitally immersive event at Wembley for EE’s top 100 performers, kicked off Phillips’ year. She also recruited an in-house promo team across all of EE’s experiential channels. Event highlights included Glastonbury 2014, where the brand helped thousands of people keep their phones charged at the EE recharge tent and the Power Bar Exchange Cabin. As part of The National Techy Tea Party Day, Phillips helped to arrange more than 530 parties, serving 44,000 cups of tea and helping more than 5,000 people get more techy.
