Called Lists4Europe, the network has been formed by France's Euroleads, Germany's D2M Direct Marketing Merz, and Italy's MLS in partnership with RSA Direct. All are privately owned.
Lists4Europe believes there is demand from international clients for local representation and "on the ground" knowledge of list sources, which is often lacking in international marketing departments.
Richard Gibson, commercial director at RSA Direct, said: "Clients can pick and choose where they want representation and benefit from advice from any or all of the partners."
Marco Merlo, a partner at MLS, stressed that stringent Italian data protection means lists are increasingly hard to find.
