Recent launches in Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, as well as the company’s presence in France, Germany and the UK, have helped swell the reach of the online advertising network.

Brendan Condon, managing director for Platform-A International, said the network was the only one across Europe capable of addressing the complex needs of today’s advertisers.

Platform-A was announced in June this year, with Michael Steckler, former managing director of AOL UK, taking over as head of the UK business.

Platform-A includes AOL.com, AIM, MapQuest, Advertising.com’s third-party networks, Tacoda’s audience insights and behavioural targeting, site and content-targeting solution Quigo, ad-serving business ADTECH, mobile ad-serving network Third Screen Media and Buy.at, an affiliate marketing solution.

Platform-A also operates in the US and Japan through a joint venture with Mitsui.
