EuroDirect grows full-year profits by nearly 15%

LONDON – EuroDirect has revealed 2005 profits of £2.7m, up 14.7% on the previous year.

The financial results include EuroDirect's market analysis and location planning subsidiary GMap Consulting. They were boosted by the introduction of a dedicated credit marketing services team to promote sister company Callcredit's services.

The company's turnover for 2005 was £11.8m, up by 7.3% on 2004.

John Dobson, EuroDirect managing director, said: "2005 was a very good year for us, especially in the current economic climate when we see some of our competitors falling by the wayside.

"Our growth in profits is attributable to the efforts of the entire company, who have all reacted to the opportunities in the industry and created, re-engineered and sold high quality products that meet the ever more sophisticated requirements demanded by our clients."

The company attracted clients including Ford, National Savings & Investments and the Post Office during 2005.
