The agency will begin work on the account immediately with the first global campaign expected in the early stages of next year.

The pitch was a move by AkzoNobel, Dulux's parent company, to consolidate its global advertising roster into one agency.

All of the roster agencies were involved in the earlier stages. The list was then cut down to four, including the incumbent Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO,  Bartle Bogle Hegarty, DDB and Euro RSCG.

This was then cut to the final two agencies last week. The pitch was handled by Oystercatchers.
