Tom McInerney, Etherlive’s sales and marketing director, said: "London really is at the top of its game in terms of technology and this will be a fantastic week for the city and all event planners, buyers and press attending the programme of events.
"Technology can drastically improve an event but we aim to bridge the gap and build confidence in how exactly this can be done. We are very much looking forward to the week".
The three-hour workshop will take place at One Great George Street, a Grade II-listed Edwardian venue in Wesminster.
Other event technology seminars and interactive meetings on the London Technology Week line-up include the Event-Tech Challenge, hosted by Pick Event, and Tech Fest, a showcase of the best events technology organised by Gallus Events.
