The NatMag men's lifestyle title has printed 1,500 copies of the free mini magazine called The Esquire Manual For A Stylish Life and will be handing them out today at selected Fashion Week shows.

The manual, designed to keep fashion followers occupied while waiting for the shows to start, is the first in a series created by Esquire to celebrate the best of the UK’s designers, tailors, retailers and style-bloggers. It does not contain any advertising.

The guide's features include 'The Five Best-Dressed Guys in Menswear', 'Three Places To Spot Well-Dressed Men' and 'A Style Insider' with designer Sir Paul Smith.

Esquire sold 59,160 copies from July to December 2009, a period-on-period rise of 12.2% and a fall of -1.5% on the year.
