LONDON - ESPN, the Disney-backed sports broadcaster, has overhauled the mobile version of cricket website, cricinfo.

The changes are designed to help users follow cricket games live, with ball-by-ball commentary and match stats now carried on the same page.

Commentary on matches can be filtered by events such as wickets, fours and sixes, which allows users to revisit key moments in matches. The search facility has also been improved across the mobile site.

Other changes to the mobile site include a comprehensive listing of records across Tests, one-day internationals and Twenty20 games.

Users can also now read comment pieces by cricinfo's experts, while the new site offers access to official ICC rankings for both countries and players.

The site offers a number of advertising opportunities to brands, including tailored microsites, banner and sponsorship campaigns.

The site can be accessed from mobiles at m.cricinfo.com.
