Next summer's Carfest North will be held at Oulton Park in Cheshire from 1-3 August, while Carfest South will place three weeks later at Laverstoke Park Farm near Basingstoke in Hampshire over the 22-24 August Bank Holiday weekend.
Carfest is now in its third year after.
The mix of cars, live music and food have already attracted 200,000 attendees over the four events held to date, while £2m has been raised for BBC Children in Need.
The first batch of tickets will go on sale on Wednesday (13 November) to coincide with BBC Children in Need week, with more tickets released for sale in the spring.
Evans said: "It's onwards and upwards for Carfest. I promise that Carfest will be even bigger and even more fun than ever before. There'll be more great bands, more fantastic cars, more fabulous food, more unbelievable air displays, more terrific sideshows, more of everything, in fact."
The full line-up of performing cars, bands and celebrities will be announced next year, but Evans has confirmed that the music bill will include Erasure and Seasick Steve.
Iconic, historic and classic cars from more than 40 different car clubs will also be on display.
