LONDON - Energy provider E.On has entered the winter bill pricing wars with a new product it said guarantees customers will have the cheapest bills this winter.
The company said WinterGas will save customers around £77 a year and ensures they will have the cheapest gas bills until 31 March 2010.
Jim Macdonald, commercial director of E.On's retail business, said: ‘At a time when money is tight for many of our customers and when we're already beginning to see the nights getting colder, WinterGas is reassuring news for bill payers.'
