The Balcony Room and the Underglobe spaces at Shakespeare’s Globe are available for private hire this Christmas for contemporary Nutcracker themed Christmas parties.
Both spaces will be transformed into a wacky and wonderful explosion of festive Nutcracker theming with a twist!
Creating an innovative take on the classic Nutcracker theme, the team at Swan have brightened the colour palette, focusing on quirky details like the sumptuous dessert table, adorned with brightly-coloured macaroons, and candy canes.
In the Underglobe, you’ll be greeted by a festive cocktail to toast the Yuletide season on the stunning Mezzanine level. Guests will gain their first peek at what awaits when they reach the sweeping staircase. Glamorous hostesses sporting bubblegum-pink wigs will escort guests to their table and ensure their glasses are filled. And then for the food! A delicious festive menu, devised by Executive Chef David Simms and Head Chef Brett Golding, will be served with the choice of a shared dessert table or plated dessert.
For guest numbers of up to 50, the beautiful Balcony Room is available and boasts spectacular views across the River Thames to St. Paul’s Cathedral. Make the most of this spectacular view by holding your drinks reception here before being seated for dinner at an electric pink table with eclectic Nutcracker centrepieces!
