Joining Emap next week, he will oversee all marketing, creative and brand strategy planning and activity for the Kiss network, initially focusing on the London-based Kiss 100.
Bill Griffin, managing director of Kiss 100, said: "We have exciting plans for Kiss this year, aimed at strengthening its reputation as the most dynamic and progressive radio station in the world's most exciting capital city.
"Nick's extensive experience in the sector and intuitive understanding of the brand made him the ideal candidate for the job."
Prior to joining Kiss, Nick spent eight years at Chrysalis Radio, with five years as brand marketing director carrying board-level responsibility for marketing of the youth-focused Galaxy Network.
Prior to Chrysalis, he held senior marketing roles at Capital Radio, where he was head of marketing and research, media sales and marketing.
He also spent time at BBC Radio 2, where he launched the 'Steve Wright Show'.
Last year, Kiss named Bill Griffin, former Channel 4 head of marketing, as its managing director.
