The company perviously produced publications for Emap, UBM and Clarion, including the Event UK 2008 show guide, the Confex 2008 event guide and the IPEX 2008 catalogue.

"I'm retiring and giving up the company, it is not going into administration," said company owner Maureen Darby. "We have been running it down and people have been informed."

Industry rumour had suggested the company was entering administration, but Companies House data proved that is not yet the case.

The company formed in 1996, but records show that in the year ending March 2008 it had only £105 of net assets.
