Elle celebrated its 25th anniversary this month with a range of special edition covers featuring Kate Hudson, Coco Rocha, Helena Christensen, John Galliano and Naomi Campbell.

In 2008 the mid-market title, which is published by Hachette, re-launched itself as a high-end title as it looked to compete against the likes of Vogue.
