Schouw will direct the Masterfoods business and will continue to work on the Oxfam and Firstplus accounts, of which she was previously account director. Her experience at EHS Brann includes leading the rebranding of OneTel in 2003-2004.
Whiting will lead the Churchill account, which she helped the agency win in December, as well as leading the Habitat account. She was formerly senior account manager on Peugeot and Habitat.
They will report to joint managing partners Alison Hamer and Graham Bentham.
