The arrangement will see Freeserve promote its internet access products, including special offers, to Egg customers.
Freeserve will include promotional messages in Egg's marketing and customer service material, covering both online and offline work. Activity will include Freeserve offers on the Egg web site (www.egg.com) and emails to Egg customers.
Keith Hawkins, managing director of marketing at Freeserve, said: "The link-up with Egg will help us deliver growth as we enter the peak pre-Christmas and New Year periods."
According to Nielsen//Net-Ratings, Egg had 1,010,258 unique users in June 2002.
