LONDON - Shares in online travel agent ebookers.com continued to edge up this morning after rising 6% last night, as the company extended its relationship with Worldspan, the travel reservation and information service.
The deal will see Worldspan provide ebookers with online reservation technology across Scandinavia, with further expansions likely. Previously, the agreement was limited to Sweden.
ebookers said the agreement will boost its European presence, generate extra income and allow it to offer more late travel deals. Shares closed up 9p at 149p last night, and opened this morning at 150p.
