
Reporting to Christian Kunz, director of eBay Advertising International, Marks will be responsible for developing the division's marketing strategy across the UK and international markets. He has been tasked with helping to boost awareness of the opportunities eBay delivers to brand advertisers.
Marks spent almost three years as head of UK marketing at Microsoft Advertising but was recently replaced by Nickie Smith, while he took on a consultancy role.
eBay has also recently promoted Phillip Rinn to director of advertising partnerships for the UK, Ireland and EMEA.
