EasyJet Holidays is a joint venture between easyJet and accommodation provider Lowcosttravelgroup.
The service will offer package holidays by enabling customers to combine easyJet flights with some 10,000 hotels across Europe to create their own holiday.
It could in the long-term potentially go up against rival easyHoliday, which is reportedly being launched by EasyJet founder, Sir Stelios Haji-Ionnaou.
Sir Stelios has been involved in a very public row with executives at the company he founded, over the use of the "easy" brand.
He ended his spat with the company last year after agreeing a multimillion-pound-a-year settlement.
Under the settlement, Stelios has agreed not to launch a rival low-cost holiday package for the 12 months from October last year.
EasyJetHolidays will go on sale through Teletext Holidays and also through a dedicated easyJet Holidays call centre. EasyJet Holidays will launch its own website next month.
The tie-up between the companies follows the relaunch of Teletext Holidays, which has shifted its sales channel away from analogue television to internet TV.
Nick Hughes, head of ancillary revenue at easyJet, added: "We are delighted that Teletext Holidays is the exclusive pre-launch partner for easyJet Holidays.
"This will provide customers exclusive access to an extensive holiday offering. We know that customers will enjoy the great value that easyJet Holidays offer as well as fully flexible, consumer protected holiday options."
Last month, to reposition the brand as a digital service.
