The firm, which has recently invested £70,000 into its infrastructure, has achieved ISO status in Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001).

ISO standards are recognised in 159 countries around the world and form a bridge between the public and private sectors.

The status will be scrutinised on an annual basis by ISO to ensure standards are maintained.

"We have been working hard since September 2009 on this project and are delighted that the infrastructure of the company meets the high standards set by International Organisation Standardisation. We have invested in the region of £70k in standardising our working methodology," said Ear to the Ground operations director David Norris.
