According to the firm, which is headquartered in London and Lexington, Massachusetts, this will enable clients to better integrate their email and direct mail campaigns.
John Rizzi, E-Dialog chief executive officer, said: "This gives out clients a highly coordinated, integrated and simplified approach to multichannel efforts with the added benefit of integrated reporting and analysis."
Already one of its clients is using this new integrated service, according to E-Dialog, however, the firm has declined to name them, only referring to them as a "web solutions provider".
E-Dialog, whose investors include Flagship Ventures and Commonwealth Capital, has clients including Avis, BMG Music Service, British Airways, Marks & Spencer, Reuters and Tesco.
