Drummond Madell brings in new hires

LONDON - Consumer research specialist Drummond Madell has made two new qualitative appointments and two new field appointments following strong growth over the past year.

Richard Brown, previously with Hall and Partners, and Carl Sarney, from Colmar Brunton in New Zealand, have joined the agency's qualitative team and will work on rostered brands including Vodafone, L'Oreal, EDF Energy and Greencore Foods as well as ad hoc projects.

Tom Channing, quantitative senior consultant, has appointed Amy McLellan from Viewpoint Field to work within the field department.

Channing said: "While much of our quantitative offer is moving to online, we still see growth in face to face fieldwork and Amy's knowledge and experience will prove invaluable in our future plans."

Elise Hamer has been hired to run Drummond Madell's in-house viewing facility.

Senior partner Monique Drummond said: "Elise's filming expertise will be utilised in our qualitative presentations in the future."

Drummond Madell's growth has been attributed to additional gains working on brands such as Sony, The Musgrave Group, Bathstore.com, The Perfume Shop, Dollond and Aitchison and Campina.

Drummond Madell is a privately owned boutique research agency with both qualitative and quantitative expertise.
