The catering company, which also provides services to the Royal Albert Hall and the Roundhouse in Camden, will manage all corporate events held in the house’s Great Hall and Old Coach House Barn.
Dorney Court has been managed by the Palmer family for over 450 years, and has also been used as a film location for Agatha Christie’s Poirot and Midsummer Murders.
Both the venue’s exterior and interior stay true to its Tudor roots, with six centuries of oak furniture, silk tapestries and carved paneling on display. There is also a private church available for use on-site.
Lyndy Redding, managing director of Absolute Taste, said: "We are delighted that Absolute Taste has been chosen as the in-house caterer for Dorney Court. We are very much looking forward to working with the lovely Palmer family to create something really special and wonderful memories for our clients."
