The urban artist, who's new album is called Tongue N' Cheek, was interviewed live by Radio 1 on a specially branded stage.
Guests, including media and record company staff, enjoyed a BBQ followed by wine and beer. The event was compèred by the rapper's creative director Ben Drury.
When asked by Event whether he liked the venue, Mr Rascal replied: "Yeah, yeah man, it's good. I like what they've done with it."
