
This figure was reached after the caterer worked on 300 events and served 50,000 guests, including the Duke of Edinburgh, David Cameron, Lewis Moody, Zane Lowe, George Lamb and Barbara Windsor.
During the next two months Dish has another 80 events to complete, and is hoping to convert a further 85 enquiries.
Dish managing director Nick James said: "There is a fear within the industry that mid-sized event caterers cannot deliver large numbers or service in-house catering contracts. This year we confounded that myth. Since moving to Greenwich we have been able to increase our production."

Events that the firm catered at in 2012 include the Activate Sports Awards, the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, Alice in Wonderland at the Natural History Museum and Top Shop’s S/S 2013 Fashion Show.
Dish is also the in-house caterer at venues ranging from No.4 Hamilton Place and HMS President to Thorpe Park and London Eye Barracuda.
