WorldCom has appointed WWAV Rapp Collins to handle its direct marketing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The account is estimated to be worth £1.5m.
The embattled telecoms firm, whose chief executive Bernie Ebbers quit
last month following a sharp cut in its growth forecast, has briefed the
agency to develop a series of DM campaigns aimed at building awareness
of its work and recruiting customers.
