Direct: Sense signs up Catalyst to boost loyalty of donors

Sense, the national charity for the deaf and blind, has hired Catalyst to handle its donor development work alongside its in-house direct team.

Sense, which previously used Bluefrog, has briefed Catalyst to boost loyalty through at least eight donor appeals over the coming year.

The charity also works with Cascaid Marketing, which helps it target cold prospects; and Response One, which provides consultancy and list-buying support.

Sense supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deaf and blind. It provides information, advice and services to sufferers, families, carers and professionals.
