Direct Holidays launches holiday review site

LONDON - Direct Holidays, part of the Thomas Cook group, has launched a microsite with social networking capability to increase its customer engagement.

The microsite, called , allows holidaymakers to post comments about their holiday.

Created by Outside The Box, the activity is part of a broader media campaign for Direct Holidays, which includes inserts and advertising in national and regional publications, door drops, radio and billboards.

The holiday company will also be running roadshows as well as direct-mail activity.
