Craft London
What is it?
Craft’s café opened in October, with the restaurant and bar to follow in April. The project by Stevie Parle with Design Research Studio, under the direction of Tom Dixon, has coffee roasting, meat curing, bee-keeping and kitchen gardening at its heart.

The Salon
What is it?
Spring, the critically acclaimed restaurant opened by Australian chef Skye Gyngell in the New Wing of Somerset House last October, will open The Salon, an intimate trio of spaces adjacent to the main dining room. The Salon will comprise of tree-lined tables at the front of the restaurant, a dining bar, and an atrium garden. Signature dishes include confit of fennel with crème fraiche and roe, and pan-fried monkfish liver, soda bread and salted butter.
